Our Agricultural Consultancy Services cover a wide range of activities to support the formation and promotion of Agribusiness / Agripreneurs / Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and the development of sustainable farming practices. We offer capacity-building support for the Agribusiness / Agripreneurs / FPO’s Board of Directors, assisting with documentation and licenses, and providing knowledge on seed production, aggregation, storage, primary processing, and trading of farm produce.
We also support the production and marketing of seeds, biofertilizers, and biopesticides in partnership with member FPOs, as well as facilitating backward integration for agricultural inputs to member FPOs for sustainable farming practices. Our services extend to linking FPOs with financial services and promoting farm mechanization, custom hire centers, and niche-based processing and value addition.
We facilitate the release of funds to FPOs under the Small Farmers’ Agribusiness Consortium (SFAC) equity grant and credit guarantee scheme and assist with infrastructure development funds mobilized for FPOs. Additionally, we help FPOs obtain funds for the development of grading, processing, storage, marketing, and farm machinery custom hire facilities under the Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana (RKVY).
Our support to FPOs also includes providing management information system (MIS) management, business management support, and compliance with all statutory requirements. We offer training to FPO functionaries and members of the Board of Directors on governance and accounting systems, inventory and business management. We organize exposure visits for the Board of Directors and functionaries of member FPOs and provide expert guidance and services related to the inputs industry.
